Fullheart Japan brings your electronic control equipment designs to life — quickly and with precision. Drawing on extensive expertise in both electrical and mechanical engineering, we handle everything from PCB assembly to the assembly and wiring of control panels and units, as well as mechanical component assembly.
Depending on delivery requirements, production volume, and project scope, manufacturing can also be carried out at Toa Denki Kogyo (Komatsu Plant) or Harvest Japan (Ibaraki Plant). We will recommend the most suitable production site for each customer.
We can fabricate control panels up to 2,500 mm in height. In-house hole machining is available even without mounting plate drawings. We also provide on-site installation and equipment-side wiring after delivery.
We support wire sizes ranging from AWG26 (0.12 sq) to AWG4/0 (100 sq), and can accommodate everything from single prototypes and spot orders to mass production.
In addition to electrical components, we also handle mechanical assemblies.
From automated assembly of SMT/DIP boards to manual hand soldering and finishing.
We support both lead-free and eutectic soldering, and accommodate special requests such as rework and modifications. Hand soldering is available for chip components down to size 1005.
In addition to board-level work, we also support enclosure assembly and accessory mounting. We support production runs starting from a single unit.
Harvest Japan can fabricate sheet metal parts based on your drawings.
We can also assemble these parts into fully assembled enclosures for delivery.
If detailed sheet metal design is required, Fullheart Japan will handle the design, while Harvest Japan will take care of fabrication.
